Fine Winery Estate - Tenuta Rampata
Owned by the noble Medici family, Tenuta Rampata, is found in the near Reggio Emilia, where the famous wine of the Region "Lambrusco Reggiano DOC" is produced.  After a wine tasting, enjoy a guided visit of their "acetaia", where the famous balsamic vinegar is produced, and visit their museum of wine and vineyards.  Guests may also visit the factories where Parma ham and Parmesan cheese are produced.
 
For the Gourmet who Loves the Lakes

Guests may now enjoy a cooking lesson in the serenity of Lake Como.  Al Casnati offers lessons for up to 140 guests in their large kitchens.  Guests are of course divided into smaller groups, with a chef leader.  As well, the venue is located near to a supermarket, so a visit there to purcahse the event ingredients can be made.  Enjoy the lesson and meal with one of Itlay's fine wines.  What an experience!
